the problem is in the word permenant, it is permenant
white wine vinegar.ta da!
Why do you think they call it permanent?
Hense the name 'PERNAMENT' marker, you can't
Take it out of the pocket HEHE
hairspray oohhh good luck take it to the dry cleaner would be best and show them
hair spray then scrub it in
Go to the 99 cent store and buy this product call Awesome. This thing get all type of stuff off your clothes. Blood, grease,
dirt and all other things. Go pick up a bottle and see how it works.
Acetone (nail varnish remover) will dissolve the nylon too. You could try meths or alcohol/surgical spirit. Some permanent markers are less permanent than others. At least you could drink it to avoid getting depressed if it didn't work.

I have successfully dyed such garments with the wash in type fast dyes on a very hot wash. Trouble is, you're a bit stuck if you don't like the gothic look. (I assume it's a black marker.)
try soaking in milk overnight
its called permanant for a reason! buy a new top.
