About 5 months ago all the windows were replaced, what should i use to clean the outside of them?

Question:w/o scratching them,or damaging the tint.is dish soap ok ? or will that leave a cloudy residue?

Answers:
Most high quality window films like VISTA have a hard coat that protects them from scratches, etc. Still the best bet is to use baby shampoo -one or two drops per gallon of water. Use a new squeegee (any hardware store!

No residue- just a clear perfect view.

good old WIndex and newspapers
Dish detergent is a bad choice, it's very difficult to rinse off. Good old water works as good as Windex. A little ammonia in water will cut grease a little better. Polishing with newspaper will make them sparkle. Use a sponge to clean the window with what ever solution you chose, and use a squeegee to mostly dry. A chamois or paper towel will dry the edges. A spray bottle and a whole lot of paper towels will do the job too.
Two inexpensive & very good options:

1. Vinegar & water

2. Hydrogen peroxide (normal 3% in the brown bottle)

Both will leave your windows clean & streak-free :-)
cinch it doesnt have ammonia in it in which will scratch tint or by the windex washer you hook to the hose to spray and wash and sqeegie..
Elbow grease,Newspaper and water<wet paper slightly then dry with dry paper
