Go to Lowe's and get a product called Krud Kutter. This stuff is amazing. Always test first on a hidden part of garment. I work with Drywall, plaster and, paint for a living. I use this constantly. You can get a little spray bottle for 99 cents to try it. You will definitely go back for the big bottle later. Good Luck
None of these possible solutions are guaranteed,
however I will try to help you with this.
1. Scrape it off with a knife.
2. Rubbing alcohol.
3. Nail polish remover.
4. Hot iron, place wax paper over paint stain, rub
with hot iron. With no.s 2 &3, try on a hidden
area 1st.
5. Go to your local library and borrow a copy of
Heloise's Hints or similar book.

You might try a product sold at Walmart called OOPS It is in the paint department Good luck because dried latex is hard to remove
