I just bought a new bath poof. Whats the best way to clean it so Im not rubbing a dirty sponge on my body?

I suggest washing it in bleach and water! Oh and I also saw on the Rachael Ray show that you should get rid of the poof after 3 months of use..the mildew is just too much after that! Im sure you don't want to rub mildew all over your body...;0) Remember only cause you can't see it doesn't mean its not there!
