This website says toothpaste. Weird! I've always used Windex. Guess that's why my keys are yellow. : )
I reckon yours is a really good question.I would say there isn't anything to whiten them with. So just wipe over with damp cloth. However in this day and age of teeth whitening, and the fact ivory is bone,I wonder if you could use a good tooth whitener? But might pay to enquire from a Piano supplier. Good playing!

Good Luck
Ivory keys will naturally yellow with age. But you can keep the greasy buildup from hand oils off the keys by wiping them down occasionaly with a natural clear cleaner mixture of water and vinegar. It will cut the grease and clean too. Don't use toothpaste as the cream will get between the keys and you can't floss it out.
Ivory keys on a piano are expected to yellow with age. This is desired. The best way to clean them is with a damp cloth.
