My microwave stinks...?
Question:I put a cd in it and I have to get the smell out in 3 hours... Can I wash it with water and a sponge, or would it explode?

You could try putting a teaspoon of white vinegar mixed in a cup of water, in the microwave then bring to the boil. Or wiping the inside of the microwave with Baking soda. Shake the baking soda onto a cloth and gently rub down the inside surfaces, rinse and wipe off with a damp cloth.

I've heard of many things been put in a microwave but never a CD but that's OK. i have always used a bowel with 2cups of water with 2 teaspoons of vanilla essences and heated on high till boiling this removes the worst kinds of smell from your oven
