Peroxide will work. My mother in law was a dialysis patient and this is what the nurses told her to use when she got blood on her clothes. It really works too. I would try it on a hidden area first, but this should work great for you. You may have to go over it a few times with the peroxide and in between wipe with another damp cloth. Good luck.

Blood comes out best if you use cold water on it as soon as possible. Hot water will set the stain.
