I need help cleaning my purse!?
Question:I have a leather fossil purse and it has some kind of soil stain on it . How can I clean it ? Please help.
Answers:
Saddle soap or minks foot oil will clean it & moisturize it as well. You should be doing this yearly anyway to keep it from drying out.
if it were a COACH bag i would tell you to send it to them. but since it isnt, i would call FOSSIL and ask them. if you wish to take a chance and try it yourself i would go to the local shoe repair shop and ask them what they use to clean leather
I would go to a leather store and ask the people that work there how to clean it or call a dry cleaners.
I assume that lining in your purse is fabric! Pull the fabric is far that you can out of the purse and spray some upholstery cleaner on the lining and with a soft brush give it a good scrub, leave the lining out while drying .
Fossil as does Coach makes their own leather cleaner and I would definitely only use the one made for Fossil handbags. I have worked in the handbags dept. at a large upscale dept. store and we would always tell people to use only the leather cleaner made by the manufacturer of their particular handbag. Just like Dooney & Bourke. You don't want to use Coach leather cleaner on those handbags. You have to be very careful because these leathers are all different and tanned and processed differently. Call Fossil or go to the website to see if you can purchase their leather cleaner online and follow the directions. Good luck!
dryell cleans it without you getting it wet . It's like a cheap dry cleaner you use in your own dryer .I use it for my coach bags .
