Hydrogen peroxide will remove blood stains, but first you should check it on a little of the fabric to see if it bleaches the color out. First I would try the regular solution. If it bleaches too much try adding a portion of water to dilute it. Add the water a little at a time and keep testing the fabric until you get the solution you need that won't damage the carpet. Don't soak the carpet, once you find the right solution, dab it on and let it set for a minute or so then rinse it off. I hope this works for you, it has worked before.
Use Hydrogen Peroxide, that will do it. Full Strength.
