How to fix my admiral washing machine?

Several factors to consider. Is it old enough to want to replace it? Considering the costs, would you want to try and repair it, and if so, attempt to repair it yourself vs. a repair shop?

Me, I'd probably check out craigslist.org in my area to see if I could find a cheap or even free replacement.
Most people, when they move, either upgrade their appliances or don't want to bother moving their older ones.
The only way you're going to do that is have a repairman come in and check it out for you.
If it's still under warranty,call the store where you purchased it or an admiral dealer and explain what's going on.You should get it fixed at no cost.
