Use dish soap hand wash it first but you have to put some elbow grease into it. Then wash it in the washer if it is machine washable.

Hi. I am a natural/organic believer and do not use chemicals. I just got a strawberry stain out yesterday soaking it in cold water and vinegar. If you use hot water, you will set the stain. Here is the key...you have to treat it when it is a fresh stain. The results are far less successful the longer the stain sets (true with most any stain).
Try hydrogen peroxide. My husband uses it on his nursing scrubs to get blood stains off, I would think it would work for strawberry stains.
