How do you get your white clothes white ?....?
Question:I've tried everything and nothing is working . All these manufacturers are telling lies about their products. I'm tired of paying much money and the t-shirts are still grey.
Answers:
Place your whites in a bucket of warm water and add 2 cups of white vinegar.. Let them soak for about an hour then wash whites on hot or warm water in the washing machine with a powder detergent (Tide) works great. The vinegar breaks down the oils in the fabric that comes from our skin when worn and is hard to get out. The oils then absorb dust, lint and other substances that cause the material to become Grey, yellowed or tainted with Body Odor. Works great on pillow cases, towels and linens as well! Above all, you should avoid heat drying any stained or discolored clothing item until you get the stains out.. The dryer heat sets stains in.. Line dry or dryer on air dry only.. Good luck!

how about some good old fashion bleach?
soak with bleach before washing
Blueing.
If they are grey, you are using too much soap. Wash them once or twice in plain hot water, then wash them once more using Calgon (if your water is hard) or 1/4 cup of bleach added to the water before you add the clothes and after it starts agitating. Measure the bleach carefully, don't go over 1/4 cup. No soap with the bleach or Calgon either. Hang them in the sun to dry, and they should be much improved.
White wine actually works.
