How can you remove pet urine stains from clothes?

Question:Just my luck... my cat peed all over the white skirt of the black and white dress that I was planning to wear to a dance in May... I've washed it a few times with a color safe bleach detergent combo, but it really hasn't helped at all. What can I do to get this out?

Put a cup of vinegar in the rinse, this will neutralize the odor...=)
