How can I salvage my non stick pan that now sticks??

Question:Help! My teenage kiddo put my non stick skillet in the dishwasher. Now, everything sticks to it. Is there something I can do (or buy) that will make it non stick again!! I don't want to buy a new one because the same thing happened to my non stick griddle. This can really get expensive if I have to buy new stuff just because my kids don't want to wash it by hand.

Answers:
You need to re season your pan.
Make sure it is clean and heat it up on the stove.
When it is warm add some veggie oil and coat the pan well.
Let the pan sit there with the heat off till it is cool.
Clean as usual with dish washing detergent and you will be all set.

Use Pam when you use it or a bit of oil to coat it before use
as long the the Teflon is not loose it's safe to use the pans.
Don't panic, I wash mine in the dishwasher too, just retreat with cooking oil, wipe it with a paper towel. Geez, they were trying to help.
