Why does my wardrobe smell funny ?
Question:sensible answers please i do wash my clothes and i am a very clean person !! before you ask!
my wardrobe has a funny smell recently and the clothes smell funny and i need to keep washing them...
What are moth balls and can you get nice smelling stuff to get rid of it !

Since I don't know the smell you are talking about, here are just a few ideas:
change laundry detergents
add a fabric softener
don't leave wet clothes in the washer too long
don't overdry clothes in the drier
clean out your closet (vacuum, mop, scrub, etc)
check closet for problems (leaks from the roof, etc)
Moth balls have a funny smell, so they won't really improve matters. You could try an air freshener or air sanitizer, or maybe hang some sachets in there.
Put a small bowl of vinegar in the wardrobe, and close the door. The vinegar will absorb the odors from the wardrobe and your clothes. And no.your clothes will not smell like vinegar!
Check your home for mold. If the problem is coming from the closet, give it a good cleaning, let it air out and a box of the refrigerator style Baking soda in the closet should help.
