Make a paste of borax and water, agigate the paste on to the stain and allow it to sit for a half hour or so. Launder the nylon jacket and add about 2/3 cup of borax along with you regular laundry detergent. Some people use lemon juice and sit it out in the sun, but this can bleach the color out, so using the borax is a safer method.
